Privacy policy

When you write to us through the contact form, we receive your name, phone number, email address, your message and the language of the page you used. These fields are needed to reply to you.

To limit abuse, we store an encrypted (hashed) fingerprint of your IP address together with a request counter. Your IP address is not kept in clear text in our database. Our hosting provider may separately log technical connection data, including the IP address, to run and secure the service.

We use no audience-measurement tools, no advertising and no profiling.

Your data is used only to:

• answer your request, with your consent, which you give by sending the form;
• protect the site against abuse, which is necessary for its security.

We do not sell it and do not use it for any other purpose.

Messages are kept for up to 3 years after the last exchange, then deleted.

Security counters (IP address fingerprints) are deleted automatically within hours of the end of their counting period.

Your messages are read by the team at SARL LASSMA INDUSTRIE.

Technical providers process data on our behalf: Netlify (hosting), Turso (database) and Zoho (email, which delivers the notification of your message to our mailbox).

These providers are located, or store data, outside Algeria. Transferring personal data abroad is regulated by Law No. 18-07. We undertake to comply with its conditions and with those of the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).

At any time you may:

• access the data we hold about you;
• have it corrected, updated or erased when it is inaccurate or no longer needs to be kept;
• object, on legitimate grounds, to its processing.

To exercise these rights, write to support@lassmaindustry.com with your name and the email address you used. You may also contact the ANPDP.

The public pages of this site set no cookies and use no advertising or audience-measurement trackers. No consent banner is therefore needed.

One strictly necessary technical cookie is used only to sign in to the administration area reserved for our team.

The Contact page shows an OpenStreetMap map: your browser then downloads map tiles from OpenStreetMap's servers, which receive your IP address. The site's fonts are served by the site itself.

The site is served over HTTPS. Access to the administration area is protected by a password stored in hashed form, and sign-in attempts are limited. No system is infallible, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy. The date of the last update is shown at the top of the page.
